3 star hotel to Murat Mountain: Mayor of Gediz Mehmed Ali Saraoğlu stated that a 3 star hotel will be built to Murat Mountain Thermal Ski Center.
Saraoğlu, told reporters, said the ski resort has begun to receive the largest investments to date.

“Our efforts to develop our center started to bear fruit. Following the 22 bungalow home construction tender that we have carried out as a municipality, the investment certificate for 45-star hotel has been received on behalf of Gediz Municipality, now within our 3 thousand square meter permitted area to Murat Mountain. According to the final permission from the General Directorate of Permission for Forestry Directorate of Forestry, the construction tender of the 3-star hotel is planned to be held this year. The planned hotel is planned to have 2 suites, 42 rooms, 5 apart units, a restaurant for 100 people, a meeting room for 150 people, 2 thermal indoor swimming pools, a Turkish bath, a sauna. ”
Saraoğlu, with similar investments in the skiing region will give direction to the region's economy, he added.
