Konya-Karaman Dual Line High Speed Train Works to be Completed in May: Approaching the end of the two-line high-speed train works between Karaman and Konya.
In a written statement made by the Governorship of Karaman, “In order to ensure sufficient time interval in the railway construction works between Konya and Karaman, between 01 December 2014 and 30 March 2015, the train services were closed due to the double line high speed train road works. During this period, the railway works between Konya and Karaman have come to an end. The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) Konya - Karaman Railway Line Project Gülermak - maintained by the construction joint venture in Kolin in the intensive study result, 33-kilometer railway between Arıkör station output Karaman station is completed. The 41-kilometer railway between Kaşınhan-Çumra-Arıkören stations is expected to be completed in April, and the railway between Konya-Kaşınhanı stations in May. In addition, the existing line dismantling works between Arıkören-Karaman stations are continuing ”.
