Ahmet Hallo, who was taken to Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital by the health teams coming to the scene, could not be saved despite all the interventions made here.

One of the eyewitnesses of the accident, Adil Halis said, “After the tram moved, the child was caught in the wagon. The boy's foot was broken. "People live here by chance." Another eyewitness said, “The boy escaped while walking on the sidewalk with his father. He was under the tram while running. The tram did not stop, dragged a little. They whistled. They stopped the tram. Ambulance came and took the child. Now they are looking for his leg. ” After the allegations that Minik Ahmet's leg was broken, police and firefighters made investigations at the scene. The tramway was taken to the police station for testimony. Police launched an investigation into the accident.
