TCDD Hasanbey Logistics Center Workshop: Eskisehir Governor and the International Transport and Logistics Service Providers Association (UTIKAD) in cooperation with the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) Hasanbey working meeting was held for the Logistics Center.
In the statement made by the Governorship of Eskişehir, it was reported that the example of Hasanbey Logistics Center was examined at the meeting chaired by Deputy Governor Hamdi Bilge Aktaş.
In his speech at the meeting, Aktaş explained the importance of TCDD Hasanbey Logistics Center in terms of the city and the region.
Cavit Uğur, General Manager of UTİKAD, thanked Governor Güngör Azim Tuna for their support in the realization of the meeting and stated that they took the pulse of the transportation and logistics sector and introduced them to the world with the international events they organized as UTİKAD.
TCDD Eskişehir Logistics Manager Mesut Uysal stated that the Hasanbey Logistics Center, which was established 11 kilometers from Eskişehir center, was built on an area of 540 thousand square meters and with a cost of 100 million lira, 560 personnel worked and until today 205 thousand tons of domestic and 20 thousand tons of international He stated that a total of 225 thousand tons of transportation was carried out.
Deputy Mayor Abdülkadir Adar, Tepebaşı District Governor Mustafa Ünaldı, UTİKAD Board Member Kayıhan Özdemir Turan, Director of Beykoz Lojistik Vocational School Dr. Okan Tuna was attended by representatives of relevant public institutions and non-governmental organizations.
