Who is İSMAİL H. MURTAZAOĞLU?

Born in 1963 in Ordu, İsmail H. Murtazaoğlu graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of the Middle East Technical University.

In the same department, Murtazaoğlu worked as Specialist Engineer and Chief Expert. After working in Tender Evaluation Department and Real Estate Branch and Expropriation Branch Directorates in Immovable Goods Department, Xurx. He was appointed to the position of Vice President of the Construction Real Estate in the region.

Murtazaoğlu, who also served as the Head of the newly established Research Project and Investment Department, was in 2013 as the Head of the Railway Production Department.
