Highway contract workers move to file a criminal complaint

Road subcontractor workers have taken action to file a criminal complaint: The road workers are on their way to two ministers and undersecretaries who do not work despite the Supreme Court's decision.
Turkey Road Workers Union, 6 547 thousand contract workers who give their staff the Ministry of Transportation approved the decision of the Supreme Court, Ministry of Finance and Highways General Directorate is preparing to file a criminal complaint against officials.

For this purpose, Transportation Maritime and Communications Minister Lütfi Elvan and his Undersecretary Feridun Bilgin, Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek and his Undersecretary Naci Ağbal and General Manager of Highways Mehmet Cahit Turhan will be announced tomorrow. Before the announcement of the crime in Ankara, the Turkish-business building will explain the authorities, the workers will go to the Ankara Courthouse.
DECISION IS NOT APPLYED IN 3.5 YEAR
The decision of the 9th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals on 25 October 2011 has not been implemented by the government for 3.5 years.
NEW JUDICIAL DECISIONS ON THE ROAD
Ramazan Agar, President of Yol-Is Union, said in a statement:
“There is a judicial decision. But despite our meeting with all government officials, we did not get any results. There are 6 thousand 547 workers who won the case. He also won 2 thousand 254 subcontracted workers, who won the case he filed and whose file was at the Supreme Court.
