Target of 2 million visitors in Erciyes: Hacılar Mayor Doğan Ekici stated that the interest shown in Erciyes Ski Center is increasing day by day and said that they target 2 million visitors this year.
At the press conference held in Erciyes Hacılar Kapı, Ekici said that they are working to ensure that their districts and the region take their rightful place in tourism.
Ekici stated that they were waiting for the hotel with views of Erciyes and Kayseri.
Noting that Hacılar and Erciyes will be more revitalized with the investments made, Ekici said, “The number of tourists coming to Erciyes is increasing day by day. Last year we reached a million tourists, hopefully our target this year will be 2 million tourists. We believe that as the number of our businesses increases, the number of visiting tourists will also increase. He said that we will make the necessary investments in Hacılar and Erciyes Hacılar Kapı region together with Mehmet Özhaseki, our Mayor of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality.
Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism İsmet Taymuş emphasized that Hacılar Kapı, built within the scope of Erciyes Master Plan, is a decent place with both boutique hotels and cafeterias.
