Karatay continues its preparations for the asphalt season: Karatay Municipality, which gives importance to infrastructure and transportation throughout the district, has started the preparations for the asphalt season of 2015 by not reducing the pace of work exhibited in all areas.
Karatay Mayor Mehmet Hançerli stated that they started a series of maintenance and repair works at Tatlıcak Asphalt Site before the asphalt season started and that preparations were made.
Underlining that the bitumen tanks that have been in service since 1997 have been replaced with new tanks due to their loss of function, Hançerli stated that 50 new bitumen tanks of approximately 2 tons will contribute to the asphalt production of 100 tons per hour.
Mayor Hançerli, who stated that maintenance works continue uninterruptedly in the winter period in order to prevent the interruption of the work at the Karatay Municipality Asphalt Construction Site, which has a daily asphalt production capacity of 850 tons, said that the service network expanded with the new neighborhoods in Karatay, therefore, renovation works were carried out in order to ensure rapid delivery of services even to the furthest neighborhoods. He emphasized that he continues. Emphasizing that with the warming of the weather, the pace of work will accelerate after the start of the 2015 asphalt season, Hançerli underlined that the Karatay Municipality Asphalt construction site facilities established on an area of ​​100 thousand m2 are fully equipped and equipped.
