- After entering the business liquidation process, according to the cost program of the contractor in accordance with the 2012 year work program and the unit costs given in the lower cost of the unit than the price of the unit and the price of the excavation of the excavation of the work, instead of filling out the scope of the contract out of the scope of the contract and according to the approximate cost the continuation of the tunnel productions, which have given a higher unit bid price to some work items, without considering the warnings of the TCDD and maintaining some technical reasons without building supervision; After the completion of the production, the TCDD shall carry out building inspections to the consultant firm upon the request of the contractor and shall carry out transactions in such a way as not to comply with the 15 clause of the General Conditions of Construction Works and to create differences against the TCDD according to the contract unit prices formed in the procurement tender.
- Only TCDD Production Office in T5 and T9 is requested to be stopped, the contractor has to do without building inspection and there is a difference in the amount of 5,4 million TL against TCDD in tunnel manufacturing,
- In the process of liquidation of business, administrative and legal procedures are not performed properly in the works and operations related to the defects caused by the contractor's construction of T5 and T9 tunnels which TCDD wants to stop the construction of the contractor,
-In the name of the execution of various deficiencies and deficiencies in the consultancy-supervision work carried out on behalf of the administration, especially in order to take the necessary measures to prevent such disruptions, especially in all kinds of work and operations to be examined by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, if necessary, to be investigated
- Regarding the infrastructure construction of the Kırıkkale-Yerköy section of the Ankara-Sivas high-speed railway line;

In the General Conditions of Construction Works, taking into account the fact that it is not foreseen to procure billable vehicles from the contractors within the scope of the construction works contracts and also if this application cannot be controlled well, the administration will provide the building inspection service through the procurement of services within the scope of the Vehicle Law no. 237 and the relevant legislation. means to execute with vehicles.
