The 5th meeting of the Metropolitan Municipal Council's January meeting was held in the municipality's Saraçhane campus.
In the Parliament, the “M4 Kadıköy-Maltepe-Kartal Metro Line Transportation and Traffic Commission and Plan and Budget Commission Joint Report on 50% Discounted Transportation was put to the vote.

According to the decision, M4 Kadıköy- The 50 percent discounted transportation applied on the Maltepe-Kartal metro line was extended until August 1.
It was previously decided to provide 31 percent discounted transportation on the line until 2014 December 50.
