The Crystal Snow Festival Has Started: The festival, which was held in the Sarıkamış district of Kars and started with the crystal snow dessert with molasses, was the scene of colorful images.
The "Crystal Snow Festival" held in Cıbıltepe Ski Center in Sarıkamış district witnessed colorful images.
Organized by Kars Governorate, Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism and Sarıkamış District Governorate and Sarıkamış Municipality, the two-day festival started when Governor Günay Özdemir offered crystal snow dessert with molasses to the participants.
At the festival, which started with drums zurna, the sleigh show was held, the tiny athletes made a ski show. There were also volleyball competitions on snow.
In the sled races on the 500-meter track in the hotels region at the Cıbıltepe Ski Center, approximately 200 people struggled to be ranked.
Interesting images created by the participants shifting to the slope and sweat for the first place.
In his statement to the journalists, Governor Özdemir said that Sarıkamış is a brand with its long history of skiing and mechanical facilities among the pine trees with crystal snow quality and nature.
Stating that Sarıkamış has many possibilities in terms of winter tourism, Özdemir said, “We are trying to color winter tourism with different activities here. As part of the Crystal Snow Festival, we are trying to provide more promotion of the region by organizing sleigh shows, sled races, volleyball and off-road races on the snow. ”
Özdemir, explaining that the festival will take two days, said, “There will be different shows throughout the festival. Turkey has participated in many parts of the guests. We serve our guests in the best way. We are trying to leave Sarıkamış, which is one of the places with little snow quality among Sarıçams, ”.
There will be a public concert under the festival and off-road games will be held in the evening.
