The asphalt plant, which Zonguldak Municipality has used as a warehouse for 6 years, has returned to the pond due to the rainfall periodically for the last 3 days. Empty administrative buildings and workshop, sand, gravel, sewage and water pipes in the area were flooded. The waters reached the house near the facility, which was emptied as a result of flooding two years ago. Municipal officials stated that the construction of the Mithatpaşa Tunnel, which was started next to the facility, was flooded as a result of the blockage of the manhole covers in the region.
