Before the certification, the test rides with the Piri Reis measurement train, starting from the lowest speed (30 kilometers / hour) to 275 kilometers / hour, were carried out with the participation of the certification body. Finally, a report was prepared by the Scientific Committee, which consists of scientists assigned by universities. "
