İnci stated that there are 70 villages and 120 hamlets attached to the district and he said:
“As KHGB, we provided various infrastructure services to 2014 villages in 29. Since we came to Hizan, our citizens, especially in the village of Hacı Mehmet, came several times with the mukhtars and conveyed their demands to build a bridge. The demand of Haci Mehmet village seemed like an ordinary request. We visited the village and saw the problems and grievances of the citizens. We gave instructions to our KHGB manager and told them to do the work quickly. The village is hundreds of years old. It was founded on one side of the valley. The village has no income other than agriculture and animal husbandry. The peasants' plots and orchards were on the other side of the valley. Citizens built bridges with their own means every year, but this bridge was flooded because it was not durable. "
- "The village you cannot go to is not yours"
İnci, who explained that the villagers showed their best efforts to raise the living standards of the villagers and to overcome their problems, he continued:
“The village you cannot go to is not yours. By accepting this promise as our motto, we try to see the troubles and needs of the people living in the settlements as much as we can by reaching all our villages and our farthest hamlets. Our work is always in this direction. Our village of Haci Mehmet is one of our most remote villages. It is a very difficult village to reach, very far from the district center. We could not stand by the troubles here. We are happy on our behalf. The source of our happiness as a local administrative authority is the happiness of our citizens. We have fulfilled the centennial longings of these villagers, and we are very happy that this was our part. "
"The bridge connects the villagers to life"
Hacı Mehmet Village Headman Davut Derince also said that the bridges and the centuries-old dream of the villagers took place, the bridge between the village and the agricultural land built on the bridge, the villagers connected to life, he said.
Derince said, “We haven't had a bridge for 100 years, we were having difficulties. Our garden and land were on the other side of the stream. The bridges we built with trees every year with our own means were flooded every year. We applied to the district governorship. They made us a bridge. Thank you to the contributing District Governor İnci ”.
The villagers Orhan Derince said that a very nice bridge was made to their village and that they had applied for the bridge for years but their demands were not fulfilled.
Derince pointed out that when the amount of water in the creek increased especially in the spring season, the bridge they built by their own means was caught in flood waters, “Some of our animals fell into the water and perished while passing them across. This year, our district governor heard our voices and a beautiful bridge was built in the village. We survived this ordeal. Thank you to İnci and everyone who contributed ”.
