Dereli reminiscent of the first electronic toll collection system that Akbil founded in 1995 in Turkey, he said that in 1998 began to take the place of the istanbulkart this application.
Stating that Akbil will be completely replaced by İstanbulkart as of December 2014, Dereli noted that there are currently 14 million İstanbulkart.
