Elvan stated that the city knows the need for the ring road and gave the necessary instructions in this regard, he said:
“Our intention of building roads, tunnels, bridges and viaducts is to make the hearts of our nation and open its hearts. We have completed 9,5 times more than the divided road built throughout the history of the Republic in the last 11 years. Amasra is Bartın's tourism gate.
