The total length of 836 km Baku-Tbilisi-Kars, Turkey 79 km section of the railway line. The Georgian section consists of 207 km and the Azerbaijani section of 540 km. The BTK, with a total project cost of 700 million dollars and an actual payment of 581 million dollars, was expected to be completed in 2011.
