The residents of the neighborhood, finally, 55-year-old Emin Aygün wanted to cross the road, saying that he died as a result of a car crash, "We want the underpass," he said. The gendarmerie teams, who came to the road where the long vehicle queue was formed, asked the residents for their actions. The headman of the neighborhood, Zekeriya Özkan, who claimed that there were frequent accidents on the road and that no solution was found despite the requests of the authorities, said:
“We have no patience anymore, the day is not passing so that a person does not die. Although we have reported this issue to the authorities for years, underpasses are not made. Neighborhood residents closed the road to traffic. For those who want to cross the road in order to avoid more accidents, underpass should be done as soon as possible. ”
The residents of the neighborhood finished their actions and opened the road to traffic after the 5th District Directorate of Highways promised that the authorities would make an underpass.
