In order to inform the members of the Metropolitan Council about the motorway route, Çapar asked the representatives of civil society organizations, members of the Union of Chambers of Turkish Architects and Engineers, the universities and the districts where the route was attended to, with special agenda attended by representatives of the agricultural chambers. He added that they had made no such request.
