Indicating that the prices of the plots with ceilings increased by 1 to 2 times in the last 4 year after the announcement of the project, Kaya added that especially Bolluca, Haraççı, Boğazköy, Boyalık, Yeniköy and Taşoluk Neighborhoods of the Arnavutköy District, Kayabaşı, Bahçeşehir and Ziya Gökalp Neighborhoods of the Başakşehir District ' stated that they observed that investor demands increased considerably. Kaya added that real estate investors are eagerly waiting for the master plan to be completed by the Ministry at the end of 2014.

Kaya stated that the 2018rd Airport Project and the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge, the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, which is foreseen to be completed in 3, are located within this building area, and the North Marmara Motorway Project, which is under construction, is located in this building area.
