Commuter flights will not affect ADARAY flights

The commencement of suburban flights will not affect ADARAY flights: The commuter train, which has been stopped within the scope of the High Speed Train works between Ankara and Istanbul, will start to serve again.

The Republic of Turkey State Railways Director General Süleyman Karaman announced the Adapazarı-Haydarpaşa-Pendik line will provide service between Arifiye since the new year. Karaman said that the line carrying an average of 20 thousand passengers per day before the flights stop, will now operate between Arifiye and Pendik, and ADARAY will continue to operate between Arifiye and Adapazarı. CHP Kocaeli Deputy Haydar Akar stated that they are looking for ways to rework the line starting from Istanbul and reaching Adapazarı as before.
