Personal Development and Motivation Seminar for TCDD Personnel: A seminar on personal development and motivation was organized for TCDD personnel in Edremit.
While 360 staff attended the seminar held at TCDD Akçay training and recreation facilities, the courses were given by 15 experts. Camp Manager Mehmet Kaykisiz said, “In the framework of restructuring of TCDD, great importance is attached to in-service training and seminars. In addition to institutional trainers, academicians from Ankara University Continuing Education Center attended the classes as trainers. While obtaining the opinions of the employees about the restructuring process that the organization is in, fixing the problems in the TCDD legislation and the changes to be made in the legislation, it is aimed to increase the personal development and motivation of the personnel and to find solutions for them by learning the problems of the personnel in the working life. In 3 weeks, 110 people in the first group, 100 people in the second group, and 150 people in the third group received training. "
