With the arrival of the train, someone who rushed to the visually impaired citizen who was heading towards the wagons was hit. With the impact of the collision, the visually impaired young man fell into the gap between the two wagons. When watman, who was aware of the incident, did not move the train, the citizens removed the young man who fell between the wagon. The injured young man, who was taken out with the help of the citizen station officials who were taken out of the rails, was taken to Bursa State Hospital after the first intervention of the 112 Emergency Service Ambulance officers. In the incident, which is also reflected in the security cameras at the station, it is seen that the citizens try to remove the young person who fell on the rails.

On the other hand, in the incident that took place at BursaRay Gökdere Station on September 1, a 50-year-old person suddenly fell on the rails when the BursaRay train approached the station, and the citizen Atilla Poyraz, who saw that the citizen fell on the rails, managed to stop the train by pressing the emergency brake.
