Metrobus additional service began

Metrobus additional services started: New additional metrobus services, which started today in Istanbul, reduced the clutter in the morning.

34 AS lines made their first flights from Avcılar to Söğütlüçeşme and 34 BZ lines from Beylikdüzü to Zincirlikuyu. 2 new lines were added to the metrobus line serving between Sogutlucesme and Beylikduzu. With the addition of the lines, it was aimed to minimize the accumulation in the morning and evening hours. Thanks to the 2 new lines that made its first flight today, we became a visible comfort at the metrobus stops.

With the new lines, the number of metrobuses has increased from 460 to 480, and the distance traveled from 160 thousand kilometers to 180 thousand kilometers. The development of the new model was carried out by making journey analyzes. The transition to a phased transportation model was made by evaluating which stops the passengers got on, at which stops, the density of the stops, and the demands.
