Asphalt works in Şarkışla: Şarkılşa Municipality has started asphalt works on some streets.
Municipality teams made asphalt work on the damaged places on Cumhuriyet Street due to natural gas connection works. Mayor Ahmet Turgay Oğuz, who examined the works on site, said that the natural gas connection points that cause heavy damage on the roads in the district are temporarily closed with asphalt patches for now.
Stating that the roads are bad in many parts of the district, Oğuz said, “There was no work done in Şarkışla regarding the infrastructure in Şarkışla for many years. With the project, the infrastructure of the district will be completely renewed. For this reason, they will only make patches and carry out detailed studies after the elimination of infrastructure problems such as water and sewage. Citizens need to be a little more patient, ”he said.
