New periods in the transportation of dangerous goods: The obligation to employ dangerous goods safety advisors or to receive services from dangerous goods safety advisors, which can be used until 24 December 2013, which are used to transport dangerous goods and manufactured before 31 October 2015, comes into force on 1 June 2014 instead of 30 September 2015. will enter.
The Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
According to the regulation, the "sender" shall refer to the person who delivers the item to the carrier, determines the recipient and signs the transport document, or the person specified as the sender in the contract if the transport is carried out in accordance with a transport contract. The carrier will include C1, C2, K1, K2, L1, L2, M1, M2, M3, N1, N2, R1, R2 holders of authority according to the Road Transport Regulation.
It will use packagings that are defined by the European Agreement on the International Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) and have been certified by organizations authorized by the ministry or by the competent authority of a country that is a party to the ADR, and certified using a UN Number.
The real and legal persons who will carry out transportation activities shall have the authorization documents previously required to be owned in accordance with the Road Transport Regulations such as C1, C2, K1, K2, L1, L2, R1, R2, and M1, M2, M3, N1, N2 authorization certificates. added.
The clause titled “filling”, which is considered as the obligation of the vehicle driver and other officers in the vehicle, has been repealed.

Vehicle owners who are used in the transportation of dangerous goods domestically and which are registered to the traffic registry and have no vehicle compliance certificate / ADR certificate of conformity at the time the regulation enters into force; they will apply to the institutions / organizations authorized by the ministry in accordance with the calendar in order to evaluate the conformity of the vehicle to ADR. Packages used to transport dangerous goods and manufactured before October 24, 2013 will be available until December 31, 2015.
