Historic Train Bridge reassigned for the second time

Historical Train Bridge was put into maintenance for the second time: The historical Train Bridge, located on the Tunca River in Edirne and known to be built in the 1970s, has been taken into service for the second time since its commissioning.

On the Kapikule-Edirne-Istanbul line, the steel bridge, TIR and truck semi-trailers located on the crossing route of passenger and cargo trains were also taken care of and repaired with a system known as the 'Sandblasting' technique.

Working on the last 10 bridge, the sandblasting of the steel parts is called 'Sandblasting' and then the painting process is carried out. The renovation process of the bridge, which is planned to be painted with dark red color, continues to be renewed.
