Dead train crash in India 21 dead

21 disastrous train crash in India: 21 people died in Bihar province in southern India as a passenger train crashed at level crossing.

Officials announced last night that the rickshaw driver and 240 passengers, 7 of whom were children, died near the city of Semra, 20 kilometers north of the state capital Patna.
