Approval of the transfer of Derince Port by ÖYK: On June 5, 2014, ÖYK approved the transfer of Derince Port to Safi Solid Fuel Industry and Trade Inc. with 39 million dollars, the highest bid in the privatization tender for 543 years with the method of “granting the right to operate”.

The Privatization High Council (ÖYK) approved the transfer of the operating rights of TCDD's Derince Port to Safi Solid Fuel Industry and Trade Inc., which made the highest bid.

The communiqués of the Privatization Administration (ÖİB) on AGB Decisions were published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, in order to privatize Derince Port, which belongs to the General Directorate of State Railways (TCDD), with the method of "Granting the Right to Operate" within the framework of the aforementioned decisions, Safi Solid Fuel Industry and Trade Inc., which made the highest bid with a price of 543 million dollars, The transfer of operating rights was approved within the framework of its specification.
