Trial production started in Trabzon asphalt plant: Ortahisar Municipality started trial production by repairing the asphalt plant that it received from the Special Provincial Administration. Ortahisar Mayor Av. Ahmet Metin Genç said that they have renewed their asphalt plant with the latest system technology, especially after they have come to office, which has filled its economic life and became unusable.
Underlining that the vehicle and machine park is very important for the municipality to serve the public, Mayor Genç said, “The natural gas studies are continuing in our district and our roads have been severely damaged due to the underground works in some of our neighborhoods. We know the troubles of our nurses and we want them to be a little patient. As Ortahisar Municipality, our asphalt plant, which is among the indispensable parts of our district, will be put into service after 1 and a half months. We will produce our hot mix asphalt that our municipality needs. Within the framework of maintenance works, the filter system has been completely replaced and dust and gas emission values ​​have been reduced in order to enable our old plant to be environmentally friendly. The continuity of the production of the asphalt plant was ensured by replacing the dust bags, mixer arms, wear plates, sieves, cleaning cart chains of the parts that are worn and that need to be replaced. After the trial production of our asphalt plant is completed, work will start with a capacity of 160 tons / hour. ”
Noting that they, as Ortahisar Municipality, planned their future, but the future, they made investments. We will also install a crusher plant next to the concrete plant. It will take some time for the concrete plant and stone crushing and screening plant to start production.
