Providing information on the subject, Maçka Mayor Koray Koçhan told Sümela that the ropeway project was approved and said that tourism would be much more active if the project was implemented. For example, the cable car project to Sümela is currently approved. This project is a project that will save the future of Sümela. Regarding the place where the cable car will be installed, Koçhan said, “It is an area that will come from the entrance of the National Park to the walking path next to the pathway. With these, the following road will be expanded with Sümela as part of the green roads project.
