The legal entities, including cooperatives applying for the K1 authorization certificate, have at least 3 self-owned unit vehicles for commercial registration and registered goods, the total weight of Qatar and self-owned trucks of self-propelled vehicles and the maximum loaded weights of less than 110 tons. they will need to have 10 thousand Turkish lira capital or working capital. Except for one self-owned unit vehicle, the legal persons applying for domestic or urban transportation only with vans will not be required for the minimum capacity and capital requirement, and the required fifth paragraph of article 1, paragraph “b”, and a 43 percent discount will be applied to their fees. In this way, if those who obtain a certificate of authorization want to engage in domestic activities by registering vehicles / vehicles with a maximum loaded weight of more than 75 kilograms in the vehicle certificate attached to the certificate of authorization; For the K3 authorization document, they will provide the minimum capacity and capital conditions stipulated in this Regulation for legal entities and the condition in the paragraph 500 b of the fifteenth paragraph of Article 1. They will pay a 43 percent difference over the current full rate. 90 percent difference was paid before.
Applicants for the K2 authorization certificate will have to have a self-owned unit vehicle for carrying at least one item registered commercially or privately. A 1 percent discount will be applied to the authorization certificate fees of those who apply only for transport by pickup trucks. In this way, if those who obtain a certificate of authorization want to register the vehicle or vehicles with a maximum loaded weight of more than 90 kilos and which are manufactured to carry goods; The K3 authorization certificate will pay a 500 percent difference over the current full fee.
The minimum capacity requirement in terms of tonnage will not be required for those who want to obtain a K1 authorization certificate with armored and similar special purpose vehicles carrying precious paper or minerals such as auto rescuers, money or gold. Among these vehicles, whose minimum capacity requirement was not previously required, was also the "wheeled crane". With the regulation, the rubber wheeled crane was excluded.
THE USE AND EXCLUSION OF REGISTERED VEHICLES
Amendments were made in the 30th article of the regulation regarding the use of vehicles registered in vehicle documents and exceptional attitudes.
