Berdimuhamedov examines the international railway line

Berdimuhamedov examined the international railway line: Turkmenistan President Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov made examinations on the Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran railway line. The total length of this railway line that will carry Central Asia to the Persian Gulf is 928 kilometers. 700 kilometers of the line pass through the territory of Turkmenistan. Kazakhstan and Iran ended the construction work on their borders.

Turkmenistan is also expected to complete the construction of this line in October of this year. The pioneer of the project, Berdimuhamedov, frequently monitors the railway line, the foundation of which was laid in 2007. Berdimuhamedov made examinations on the Bereket-Etrek-Akyayla line. On the lands where the line will pass, stations, railway bridges, residences and other facilities are being built. Visiting the region, Berdimuhamedov stated that the Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran railway line is not only a commercial project, but also very important in terms of ensuring sustainable development and stability in the Asian continent.

Turkmen leader also received information about the railway bridges under construction by Turkish NATA Holding. Turkish businessman Namik Witness, President Badehammedov with the ongoing construction of the bridge and made reports on the project.
The Turkish company had previously built the Bereket and Serhetyaka train stations as part of the Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran railway line. In the context of the 100 million dollar project, the railway station, signaling, electrification and telecommunication lines were built as well as the train station.
