Mithat Yenigün, the boss of Yenigün Construction, who took part in the consortium that won the Kazlıçeşme tender of Emlak Konut GYO with Özak, Ziylan and Delta Groups, with a record offer of 4.2 billion TL, gave a date for the project. Yenigün stated that they will organize an international competition for the giant project where the first digging will be hit in March 2015.

Yenigün, who explained that their plans for the project, which will include a residential area, shopping mall, commercial area and hotel, have a salable area of ​​290 thousand square meters in Kazlıçeşme.

Yenigün said, “We are talking about a 1.5 kilometer tunnel project that will take the Zeytinburnu Kazlıçeşme coastal road underground. The projects here will also reach the sea without intervening. ” Expressing that the Municipality looks warm on the issue, Yengiün said, “The number of our 400-meter front will be 50-60 million TL.”
