Fresh Blood Arrived in Logistics Sector

Logistics Sector Fresh Blood Arrived: Turkey's first logistics themed vocational schools Beykoz Logistics School High School 5. The graduates of the semester received their graduation diploma at a ceremony held at Beykoz R. Şahin Köktürk Sports Complex on 24 June 2014.

Mayor of Beykoz Yücel Çelikbilek and Beykoz District Governor Süleyman Erdoğan, Rector of Işık University. Dr. Prof. Dr. Nafiye Güneç Kıyak attended the ceremony. Dr. Ahmet Yuksel and the Board of Trustees Chairman Ruhi Engin Ozmen and members of the Board of Trustees also took part.

Director of Beykoz Logistics Vocational School Dr. Ahmet Yuksel, 2008 was established in the Beykoz Logistics Vocational School of Higher Education 5. Graduates of the semester with the number of graduates 1444 reached. Young graduates gave advice for a successful career and life.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Ruhi Engin Özmen, stated that during the education of our students, they paid attention to be in close contact with social, cultural, economic and business world, while many of them started their business life in the sector and many of them would continue their academic education. As a result of our cooperation with many Vakıf University in İstanbul by providing opportunities for our graduate students who will continue their education, they stated that they have created extra scholarship opportunities because they are graduates of Beykoz Logistics Vocational School even if they are awarded with a scholarship when they go to graduate education.

In the 2013-2014 academic year, students who successfully graduated from the total 13 program including formal education, secondary education and distance education were given their diplomas. İlknur YILDIRIM (Logistics English Program) ranked first in his class, while Tansu ÖZDİL (Logistics Program) came in second. Kaan Bozkurt MAKIROĞLU (Civil Aviation Management Program) and Dicle PAMUK (Logistics Program) graduated with the third degree. After graduation ceremony, graduates who graduated from graduation and officially formalized their graduation.
