Gediz-Usak Highway Construction Begins: Uşak highway construction has started Gediz People's government has been waiting for years and promised, but no government has done so far the tender for the construction of the Gediz -Extra divided highway construction began.
Bayburt Group Company, which is the Gediz-Uşak split road contractor firm, which was auctioned by the AK Party Government, started work on the construction site in Abide Village.
Gediz Mayor Dr. Mehmed Ali Saraoğlu said, “After the earthquake of 1970, our district was established in its new location and the road problem has always been there since then. Despite the promises of many governments in the past years, no administration other than the AK Party government even organized a tender and did not carry out any work on this issue.
With the contributions of the AK Party Government and especially our Deputy Mr. Soner Aksoy, Gediz's path and paths have been paved and many investments have come to our district one after another and the expected progress has been achieved for years.
In this respect, Bayburt Group, which is the contractor company in the construction of Gediz-Uşak Divided Road, has started work on building a construction site in Abide Village. After completing the works on site, the company will start the road works in front of the Gediz Organized Industrial Zone.
Approximately 80 km round-trip split road will be made by the company. The company will also complete the median and banquet works in road construction works. Work has begun for the path that the people of Gediz have been waiting for for years.
