DB Schenker with Cologne Çerkezköy started freight transportation

DB Schenker with Cologne Çerkezköy began freight transport between: started. The trains are equipped with two wagons with double pockets to carry semi-trailers.

Earlier in September, DB Schenker Rail started to provide shuttle container and wagon load services between Germany and the Bosphorus. This connection was carried out for freight transport with Ulusoy logistics, which carried its current traffic from the highway to the railway.

Trains are moving once a week, but by the end of this year there will be three trips a week. This new freight transport service will transport goods from Germany to 5-6 days.

DB Schenker operates with TCDD in Turkey. He is responsible for the operation of trains through Germany, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria and also has a partnership with Lokomotion in Austria.
