Change of Mission in UITP

Role Change at UITP: For the last two years, Kaan Yıldızgöz has served as the Director of R&D and Education of the UITP Middle East and North Africa Transport Excellence Center, which UITP established in Dubai with the Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA). He was appointed to the Headquarters as the Head of the UITP Education Department. Kaan Yıldızgöz, who will be responsible for all training and capacity building activities of the UITP around the world, will represent these issues in the UITP Executive Board. Kaan Yıldızgöz, who will carry out intensive studies in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia in order to meet the training and development needs of the public transportation sector worldwide, will also be responsible for coordination with institutions such as the World Bank and the United Nations in this field.
Kaan, which will begin her new position as of 1 September Yıldızgöz also will be the responsibility of the UITP's activities in Turkey and Global Taxi Transportation Group.
KAAN YILDIZGÖZ

Kaan Yıldızgöz, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University Department of Management Engineering in 2004 as the first person to complete his 4-year education in 2.5 years, completed his master's degree in International Business at Marmara University. Yıldızgöz, who served as General Manager Consultant and then Quality and Institutional Development Manager at Istanbul Ulasim AS in 2004, in addition to his duty in Istanbul Ulasim AS from May 2007 to July 2008, UITP) and was the Turkey Manager.
Yıldızgöz, who completed the senior management training program in the field of Management of Infrastructure Investments - Public & Private Sector Partnerships at Harvard University, worked as Product Development Manager at Turkish Airlines between 2008 and 2010. Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates as in different countries with international yielded many institutions Kaan who advise Yıldızgöz Istanbul University and lectures as for part-time lecturer at 3 years at Bahçeşehir University.
Yıldızgöz, who has been a speaker in many international conferences and as an instructor in many training programs, is currently the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Transport Excellence Center of the International Association of Public Transporters (UITP) based in Dubai. He speaks very good English and intermediate level German. Kaan Yıldızgöz also; Strategic Planning Association of Turkey, Eurasia and Eastern Mediterranean Enstititü Transportation and Logistics Association (EMIT), CT Dubai, Istanbul Osmaniye people OSD serves as a Board Member of the Association.
