TCDD said to continue with AssisTT

TCDD continued with AssisTT: AssisTT, one of the leaders of Türk Telekom Group Company and call center sector, renewed its service agreement with TCDD. AssisTT will now also assume the service of outgoing calls not just incoming calls.

AssisTT Erzincan conducted at the location of the Republic of Turkey State Railways call center services with employees serving more than 50. With the renewal of the ongoing contract since 2012, AssisTT will provide TCDD call center service. Customers who want to get service from TCDD will be able to get tickets from AssisTT call center which will support 7 hours 24 hours.
