Praise the Smart Junction System

Praise for the Smart Junction System: It was the only provincial municipality to participate in the 5.si Road Traffic Safety Symposium and Exhibition organized by the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications. Osman Güneş, former Interior Minister and currently Deputy Interior Minister, praised the smart junction system Corum put into practice recently.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Ankara Metropolitan Municipality attended the symposium and exhibitions. During the opening of the fair, visitors from the Çorum Municipality booth were visited and Vice President Turhan Candan and the staff of the Transportation Services informed about the city traffic in Çorum.
Stating that the Smart Junction and Control Center, which was started to be implemented in Çorum, is being used by Çorum Municipality for the first time in Anatolia, visitors expressed their astonishment that they saw Corum as one of the best implementers of technology.
Visiting the symposium and exhibition at the Ankara Chamber of Commerce Congress Center, Former Interior Minister - Deputy Interior Minister Osman Güneş, General Director of Security Mehmet Kılıçlar, Head of the Parliament Internal Affairs Commission - AK Party Sinop Deputy Mehmet Ersoy, Ankara Governor Alaattin Yüksel and many visitors Smart Intersection System Turhan Candan, the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality, gave detailed information about the traffic flow and the innovations brought by the system by connecting live to the intersections where the smart intersection system is installed in Çorum via the internet. All visitors who visited the Çorum Municipality stand were presented with promotional brochures and CD bags prepared by the staff of the Municipality Transportation Services Directorate and Çorum roasted chickpeas were also served.
