According to information from the EIB, whose headquarters is in Luxembourg, the signing ceremony for the loan agreement will be held at the Ankara Sheraton Hotel on Thursday.

Ibrahim Çanakcı, Undersecretary of Treasury, and Pim van Ballekom, Vice President of the European Investment Bank, will host the ceremony.
