Within one year following the contract, the wagon boxes to be partially repaired will be delivered to TÜDEMSAŞ by a contractor of a total of 50 wagons in the first month, 50 wagons in the first month and 60 wagons in the second month, and a total of 700 wagons in the following ten months. Delay fines will be calculated on the number of wagons that cannot be delivered monthly. Sufficient wagons cannot be provided by TCDD, and due to delays in the supply of materials to be supplied by TÜDEMSAŞ, the contractor company will be given an additional penalty at the end of the contract for the period of time that the wagons cannot be supplied and the time the materials cannot be supplied.
