Ankara will take on a different identity in 2016: Tens of projects are expected to be completed in 2 years in the capital, where successful housing and business centers started to rise in the past few years.

Ankara - Tens of projects are expected to be completed in 2 years in Başkent, where successful housing and business centers have started to rise in the past few years. These structures show that in 2016, the Capital will gain a different silhouette and identity.
While the well-established construction companies of Ankara competed with many projects that they produced a while ago and will not look for Istanbul, this year, the companies that made a voice with their projects throughout the country participated. While projects that produce between 600 and 200 thousand residences each concentrate in districts such as İncek, Beytepe, Bilkent, Mamak, Macun, modern business centers with every detail considered are rising in locations such as Çukurambar, Söğütözü, and Mustafa Kemal.
The major part of these constructions, which give the capital a building site, is planned to be completed by 2016. The start of life in these buildings will save the business centers from 40-50-storey old buildings, such as Gaziosmanpaşa, Yıldız, Cinnah, Balgat, which are 3-4 years old. Many alternatives will come to the agenda for Ankara residents who are just getting acquainted with project structures in terms of housing.
