As of the last point we have reached today, we will carry out the tests of the rails we produce with Turkey's First and Only Iron and Steel Institute opened within our university at Karabük University. We are also training the first Rail Systems Engineers of our country by establishing the First Rail Systems Engineering Department in Turkey at our University. We not only train our students, but also prepare our students to be the leaders of the future. In fact, as the Administration of Karabük University, we are also training the leaders of the future. You can train a good engineer and a good doctor, but if you cannot train a good leader, if you do not teach a person to set up a game, you can take a role in someone else's game and you cannot set up your own game. But if you yourself become a good playmaker, you will be a leader today and in the future as your own boss.
