After the intense election marathon, the works on the Third Bosphorus Bridge and the Northern Marmara Motorway Project, where Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan examined, are in full swing.
While two of the bridge legs were completed in 3, a feverish study was carried out recently. The formwork system that enables the elevation in the bridge legs has been changed. The sliding formwork system was dismantled and the climbing formwork system was started. Removal was carried out at 200 meters. The bridge legs, which will reach 320 meters in total, are aimed to be completed in August. It was learned that Prime Minister Erdogan was very pleased with the work and special thanks to the engineers and workers working in the construction.
100 TON MATERIALS DOWNLOADED
Stating that another important step was taken with the replacement of the formwork system, Samet Seyhan, the Third Bridge European Tower Construction Manager, said, “The entire form was cut down to 6. We downloaded more than 200 tons of materials from 100 meters. This process took 1 week. Now we climbed to the mold. Thus, anchoring boxes will be easier to assemble. ”
