President Aliyev said, “The tourism sector is a sector that constantly develops and creates new jobs, and also serves the development of the district and the promotion of our country. Now, modern hotels, tourism and recreational facilities are opened here. The opening of such a beautiful cultural center will, of course, contribute to all the work done.

Emphasizing that the regions must be developed for the total development of Azerbaijan, President Aliyev added:

“Since the adoption of the state program for the socio-economic development of the regions nine years ago, great things have been accomplished. The development gap between the regions and the capital is gradually closing. Considering that the capital is also developing rapidly, it is obvious that it is not easy to close this gap.

However, the provision of normal living conditions in each district center constitutes the main line of policies we have implemented in recent years. In all regions, opening new jobs, providing good living conditions and health services, schools need to be repaired.
