Confirm the Sale of TCDD to the Immovable Property in the Sea: The Privatization High Council (ÖYK) approved the sale of the TCDD's immovable property in Denizli.
According to the decision published in the current issue of the Official Gazette, the Board approved the sale of 657 square meters of immovable property registered in the name of TCDD in Kirişhane Mahallesi, Parcel No. 11, No. 554, to Selattin Körükmez with the highest bid of 460 thousand liras.
If Körükmez does not sign the contract or fulfill other obligations, the guarantee will be recorded in favor of the administration and will not be moved as per the specification, it will be sold to the second or third bidder, respectively.
