He was caught red-handed while unscrewing the rails in Adana: 20-year-old Mehmet Y., who dismantled the screws of the rails in Adana, was caught in the act.
The incident that took place in Adana took place at the entrance of the Demir Bridge on the Seyhan River on Fuzuli Street in the central Seyhan District. Police teams who came to the area upon the notice that one person had unscrewed the rails, caught Mehmet Y. in the act.
