Renault ZOE 2014 triumphed in the Monte-Carlo ZENN Rally: for the first time in an international race, Renault ZOE achieved an extraordinary performance in the prestigious Monte-Carlo Rally despite bad weather: the success of 4 in each of the different areas with 5. The ZENN Rally (Zero Emission, Noiseless) is the "greenest" part of the Monte-Carlo New Energy Rally and is only open to electric motor vehicles. Held for the fifth time, the race was held in Monaco from 21st to 23rd March 2014 and consisted of three special stages between 46.51km and 88.08km.
The race took place on the paths between La Turbie and Peille and the Mediterranean coast, between Sainte Agnès and La Turbie. On the day when the most stages were passed, the racers had to fight both the storm and the fog.
The race ended with a special stage in the harbor area in Monaco.
About two years ago, at the 2012 in June, ZOE, the 1.618km and 24 tracked the world record in the hour. ZOE has once again proved its technical and dynamic capacity with its results in its first participation in the Monte Carlo ZENN Rally.
