Doha Metro project Spanish: Spain-based FCC consortium won the 2022 million euro subway tender that will extend from Doha to 506 World Cup cities to Vakra.
According to the FCC statement, stations will be built in Barva, Vakra and Qatar Economic Zone within the scope of the project worth 2,57 billion Qatar rials (506 million euros).
Yuksel of Turkey, including the 7-kilometer section of the building where it stated that the consortium will make completed in 31 months.
The Qatar Railway Authority opened a tender for the completion of the first part of the Doha metro last summer. This section, to be made by the FCC consortium, will carry the red line in the first section further south, contributing to Qatar's 2022 World Cup infrastructure preparations and relieving traffic.
